“What an excellent experience, yet again! Gremlinz Garage had fixed my daughter’s car which had been at a prior shop for over 3 weeks and they kept giving her the run around. For anyone who lives in Los Angeles we all know that our cars are a major part of your livelihood. To be without a car for 3 weeks is beyond an inconvenience, it’s a headache and a serious expense. Gremlinz Garage was recommended to us by a family friend. We were so grateful that they fixed her car in less than a week!!! Yes, now that’s what I call a mechanic that knows what he is doing. My daughter was extremely grateful to have found a trustworthy mechanic that can fix any type of repairs. She has been happily driving her 2010 Toyota Solara without any problems since then.
Well it was my turn to try out Gremlinz Garage. I drive a 2020 Kia Sorento. I was on my way in from Ensenada, Mexico and my car started acting funny. It was pulling a bit, I reached out to Gremlinz Garage and they asked me a few questions to see what my next move should be. Within a couple days Gremlinz Garage was able to fix the issue. They did a process of elimination to try to determine what was wrong with my car. They explained the problem to me in detail before starting repairs on my car. It took a couple of days due to the wait for parts. At Kia service the wait for the parts was over 5 days, not including repairs.
I have been blessed enough to not have needed to use a mechanic for years other than for an oil change. I am happy to report that at Gremlinz Garage the mechanic is knowledgeable and PATIENT. I had 1000’s of questions. He was very responsive to my phone calls and inquiries regarding my car. He is an honest mechanic who really seems to care for his customers and wants you to have the best experience possible. I must admit it is hard to find an honest mechanic being a woman, I recommend Gremlinz Garage to anyone! He did an amazing job, if you are looking for a reliable mechanic that does what he says he’s going to do you may not have to look any further.
